hilltop honey & banana pancakes
- One large banana
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt
- Three cups of oats
- 1 tbsp hilltop honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix ingredients to create a batter
- Fry the pancakes in coconut oil and put to one side
- Fry a handful of walnuts in hilltop honey
Add the two handfuls of warmed blackberries, fried walnuts and slices of banana. Serve and enjoy! For an extra treat, why not add a sprinkling of bee pollen?
