hilltop honey & banana pancakes image


  • One large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt
  • Three cups of oats
  • 1 tbsp hilltop honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix ingredients to create a batter
  2. Fry the pancakes in coconut oil and put to one side
  3. Fry a handful of walnuts in hilltop honey

Add Topping:

Add the two handfuls of warmed blackberries, fried walnuts and slices of banana. Serve and enjoy! For an extra treat, why not add a sprinkling of bee pollen?
