cinnamon & honey caramelised banana
- In a fry pan place the hilltop honey and cinnamon and put the gas on a low heat.
- Place the banana slices on top and cover with a lid.
- After 3-4 minutes the honey will begin to caramelise and the banana will begin to smell aromatic!
- Flip the banana slices over so both sides are even caramelised and coated, placing a lid on top helps steam the bananas to make them extra soft.
