  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, butter and british blossom honey.
  3. Add the milk and mix again until completely combined.
  4. Place pastry on a floured work surface and roll out (to approx 1cm thick)
  5. Using a cutter, cut circles from the pastry (circles, approx 5cm)
  6. Cover a tray with a baking sheet or grease-proof paper
  7. Place circles onto the baking tray
  8. Brush scones with milk
  9. Cook in oven for 10 minutes
  10. Serve scones warm with jam, cream and a cup of tea!
